基于包围盒十字相交的装配干涉检测方法

【摘要】:鉴于现有装配干涉检测方法仅限于利用包围盒排除不干涉的对象,提出轴向包围盒和方向包围盒的十字相交判断方法,使得基于包围盒即可检测出零件在平移过程中产生的硬干涉关系,从而有效缩短检测时间。利用基于扩展结构的层次包围盒逐渐逼近且紧密包覆几何模型、排除不可能干涉的零件并进行包围盒十字相交判断,可大幅度减少干涉检测的运算量并提高算法效率。基于包围盒十字相交判断与层次包围盒,提出面向零件平移的装配干涉检测算法和流程。在AeroAssem装配设计系统中实现了该方法,通过在装配干涉矩阵生成中的实例验证分析,说明所提方法是有效的和精确的,可广泛应用于装配规划与仿真等设计任务中。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the existing assembly interference detection methods are limited to excluding non-interference objects by using bounding boxes, a cross intersection judgment method for axial bounding boxes and directional bounding boxes is proposed. Based on bounding box, the hard interference relation of parts in the process of translation can be detected, and the detection time can be shortened effectively. The hierarchical bounding box based on extended structure is used to gradually approach and close-cladding the geometric model. Eliminating the parts that can't interfere and judging the cross intersection of bounding box can greatly reduce the computation amount of interference detection and improve the efficiency of algorithm. Based on the judgment of cross intersection of bounding box and hierarchical bounding box, This paper presents an assembly interference detection algorithm and flow chart oriented to part translation. The method is implemented in AeroAssem assembly design system. The method is proved to be effective and accurate by an example in assembly interference matrix generation. It can be widely used in design tasks such as assembly planning and simulation.
