铝带冷轧机关键零件精度控制与研究

【摘要】:从2002年开始,我国就没有引进过一般水平的普通铝带冷轧机,我国铝带冷轧机的设计、制造水平达到了一个新的台阶,不仅能满足国内中小企业的建设,还出口到非洲、南美、中东等国家和地区。随着科学技术的发展,铝带冷轧机的技术进步不但体现轧制技术水平的提高,如设备机组在轧制速度、自动化程度等方面的日趋成熟,而且体现在制造技术水平的提升,如设备零件的加工、装配精度的水平,但目前与发达国家相比还有一定的差距。在通常的机械加工制造中,成品的精度要求与轧机制造水平密切相关。机加工零件的几何精度是零部件的实际几何形体与理想几何形体相接近的程度,包括尺寸、形状、相互位置的精度。零部件几何精度保证了整机的装配精度,决定了整机的工作精度、可靠性与使用寿命。因此制定合理细致的机加工工艺以保证机加工零件的精度一直是机械制造行业的工作重心之一。本文首先对铝带冷轧机机组的生产工艺进行了研究,分析了其中各技术参数对质量控制的影响,完成了最佳工艺参数设计,确定了合理的零件加工工艺方法,并对冷轧机组中的主要关键零件轴承座、机架、轧辊进行了精度控制分析,对各零件的生产加工工艺内容进行了研究,确定了保证设计精度的方法,最后通过实验,得出了实验数据,证明了工艺方法可行、有效。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, China has not introduced ordinary aluminum strip cold rolling mills at a general level. The design and manufacturing level of aluminum strip cold rolling mills in China has reached a new level, which can not only satisfy the construction of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, but also export to Africa and South America. With the development of science and technology, the technological progress of aluminum strip cold rolling mill not only reflects the improvement of rolling technology level, but also the maturity of rolling speed and automation of equipment units. And it is reflected in the improvement of manufacturing technology, such as the machining of equipment parts and the level of assembly precision, but there is still a certain gap compared with the developed countries at present. The precision requirement of finished product is closely related to the manufacturing level of rolling mill. The geometric accuracy of machined parts is the degree to which the actual geometric shape of the parts is close to the ideal geometric shape, including the dimensions and shapes, The accuracy of mutual position. The geometric accuracy of parts ensures the assembly accuracy of the whole machine and determines the working accuracy of the whole machine. Reliability and service life. Therefore, it is always one of the focus of the machine manufacturing industry to make reasonable and meticulous machining technology to ensure the precision of machined parts. Firstly, the production technology of aluminum strip cold rolling mill is studied in this paper. The influence of each technical parameter on the quality control is analyzed, the optimum process parameter design is completed, the reasonable processing technology method of the parts is determined, and the bearing seat and stand of the main key parts in the cold rolling mill are analyzed. The precision control analysis of roll is carried out, the content of production and processing technology of each part is studied, and the method of ensuring design precision is determined. Finally, through experiment, the experimental data are obtained, which proves that the process method is feasible and effective.
