【摘要】:采用蛇形通道浇注法制备半固态A380铝合金浆料。研究浇注温度、弯道数量和通道内径对半固态A380铝合金浆料显微组织的影响。结果表明:浇注温度在630~650°C时可获得优质的半固态A380铝合金浆料。在相同条件下,增加弯道数量或减小通道内径可减小初生α(Al)晶粒的平均直径,同时提高其形状因子。蛇形通道内合金熔体的"自搅拌"有利于枝晶的熟化和初生α(Al)晶粒的球化。
[Abstract]:Semi-solid A 380 aluminum alloy paste was prepared by serpentine channel casting method.The effect of pouring temperature, bend number and channel diameter on microstructure of semi-solid A380 aluminum alloy paste was studied.The results show that the high quality semi-solid A380 aluminum alloy paste can be obtained at 650 掳C at 630 鈩,
