磁控溅射法制备CoCrMo合金表面掺杂DLC膜层的性能研究(英文)

【摘要】:为提高CoCrM合金的耐磨性,延长其使用寿命,采用磁控溅射法在其表面制备了厚度为1.89μm、分别掺W元素和掺Ti元素的2种DLC膜层。摩擦磨损实验测得未镀膜层、镀Ti-DLC膜层以及镀W-DLC膜层的CoCrMo合金的磨损率分别是15.25×10~(-6),0.76×10~(-6)和0.19×10~(-6)mm~3·m~(-1)·N~(-1)。结果说明:镀膜后基体的耐磨性显著提高;镀W-DLC的试样比镀Ti-DLC的试样更耐摩。拉曼分析表明,镀膜试样因在摩擦过程中表层膜层发生了部分石墨化,所以表现出了优异的耐磨性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wear resistance of CoCrM alloy and prolong its service life, two kinds of DLC films with thickness of 1.89 渭 m and doping of W and Ti were prepared on the surface by magnetron sputtering.The wear rates of CoCrMo alloy without Ti-DLC coating and W-DLC coating were measured by friction and wear experiments. The wear rates of CoCrMo alloy were 15.25 脳 10 ~ 10 ~ (-6) and 0.19 脳 10~(-6)mm~3 ~ (-1) respectively.The results show that the wear resistance of the substrate is obviously improved after the coating, and the wear resistance of the W-DLC plated sample is better than that of the Ti-DLC plated sample.Raman analysis showed that the coating exhibited excellent wear resistance due to partial graphitization.
