【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑业和制造业规模不断扩大,对角钢等金属型材切割机的需求量也不断增加。目前我国的一些中小型金属型材加工企业仍以手动和半自动切割方式对金属型材进行切割。传统手动和半自动的金属型材切割机由于在加工效率、加工精度等方面满足不了使用要求,因此急需一种自动程度及尺寸精度较高的金属型材切割机。本文根据用户的要求对QD160L金属型材切割机进行自动化改造。以PLC为控制平台进行自动顺序控制,以触摸屏为人机界面对设备的运行状态、参数进行监测及管理。在提高金属型材切割机的加工效率和加工精度方面具有重要的意义。通过对国内外切割机现状的了解,根据以往金属型材切割机的不足提出改造要求,设计切割机的改造实施方案,建立了自动化切割机的硬件平台,选择伺服电机为进料装置的动力源,经过齿轮齿条的动力传递实现进料装置的直线运动。采用STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART程序编程软件对控制系统进行程序设计,以Win CC flexible图形化编程软件对触摸屏进行人机界面设计。按照位置控制的运动模式对伺服电机进行外部接线和参数设置,对伺服电机的运动控制进行组态,对夹紧装置和切断装置中的压力检测元件进行选型和PLC的控制连接,在切割机的进料口和出料口增加安全光幕实现系统的安全运行,提高切割机的可靠性。通过以太网通讯的方式实现计算机、PLC和触摸屏之间的通讯。切割机的自动化改造实现了对角钢等金属型材的精确定位,可以进行自动加工,按照用户的要求对金属型材进行不同长度的切割加工,设备的控制和运行状态都可以在可视化的触摸屏上操作,提高了切割机的加工效率和产品的加工质量,具有重要的应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the scale of construction and manufacturing industry is expanding, and the demand for metal profile cutting machines such as angle steel is also increasing. At present, some small and medium-sized metal profile processing enterprises still cut metal profiles by manual and semi-automatic cutting. Because the traditional manual and semi-automatic metal profile cutting machine can not meet the requirements of machining efficiency and machining precision, it is urgent to have a metal profile cutting machine with high automatic degree and dimension precision. According to the user's request, this paper automates the QD160L metal profile cutting machine. PLC is used as the control platform for automatic sequential control, and the touch screen is used as the man-machine interface to monitor and manage the running state and parameters of the equipment. It is of great significance in improving the machining efficiency and precision of metal profile cutting machine. Based on the understanding of the current situation of cutting machines at home and abroad, and according to the shortcomings of metal profile cutting machines in the past, this paper puts forward the reform requirements, designs the implementation scheme of the transformation of the cutting machines, and establishes the hardware platform of the automatic cutting machines. The servo motor is chosen as the power source of the feed device, and the linear movement of the feed device is realized through the power transfer of the gear rack. The control system is programmed by STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART, and the man-machine interface is designed by Win CC flexible. According to the motion mode of the position control, the external wiring and parameter setting of the servo motor are carried out, the motion control of the servo motor is configured, the pressure detecting elements in the clamping device and the cutting device are selected and the PLC control connection is carried out. The safe light screen is added to the feed and discharge ports of the cutting machine to realize the safe operation of the system and to improve the reliability of the cutting machine. The communication between PLC and touch screen is realized by Ethernet communication. The automatic transformation of the cutting machine realizes the precise positioning of metal profiles such as angle steel, and can be processed automatically, cutting metal profiles of different lengths according to the requirements of users. The control and running state of the equipment can be operated on the visual touch screen, which improves the machining efficiency of the cutting machine and the processing quality of the products, and has important application value.
