模锻生产中的自动吹风喷墨系统研究

【摘要】:锻造自动化技术的应用与发展,是热加工行业技术改造升级和进步的主要手段、未来机械制造业技术发展的主要方向。它可大幅度提高生产效率、保证产品质量、改善工作环境、降低工人劳动强度。基于目前人工喷墨方式造成的润滑效果不佳、氧化皮清除不完全从而影响到锻件质量不稳定、模具寿命短的现状,本文结合模锻生产工艺通过设计一自动吹风喷墨系统以对某曲轴锻造生产过程中的润滑条件进行改善来实现曲轴锻造自动化过程中的润滑环节的自动化,根据吹风、喷墨过程对于模锻生产的影响,本文从模锻生产过程中的摩擦机理及常用的润滑剂方面进行了阐述,并根据可能出现的缺陷来对如何改善喷涂效率、喷涂效果进行了喷涂装置设计。结合实际模锻生产条件,本文给出了自动吹风喷墨系统整体构架,从自动喷墨装置的整体结构、结构布置、各个主要机构方面进行设计,并设计了该系统的工艺流程及其自动控制系统。结合目前主流的气压传动技术和PLC控制技术对此系统进行驱动和控制以保证其可靠运行及功能扩展。经实验验证,该系统能完成预定工作流程,达到清除氧化皮和均匀喷墨的目的,提高了生产效率,提高了模具使用寿命,具体表现为吹风清洁效果好,喷墨量均匀分散、每次喷涂只需2s即可完成。此自动吹风喷墨系统还具有价格低廉、功能扩展能力强、运行稳定可靠等优点。
[Abstract]:The application and development of forging automation technology is the main means to upgrade and improve the technology of hot processing industry, and the main direction of technology development of machinery manufacturing industry in the future. It can greatly improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, improve working environment and reduce labor intensity of workers. Based on the fact that the lubrication effect caused by artificial ink jet is not good, and the oxidation surface is not cleared completely, the quality of forging is unstable and the life of die is short. In this paper, an automatic blowing ink jet system is designed to improve the lubrication conditions in the forging process of a crankshaft in order to realize the automation of lubrication in the process of forging automation of the crankshaft. The influence of ink-jet process on die forging production is described in this paper from the aspects of friction mechanism and common lubricant in die forging process, and how to improve the spraying efficiency according to the possible defects, The spraying effect was designed. According to the actual production conditions of die forging, the whole frame of automatic blowing ink jet system is given in this paper. The whole structure, structure arrangement and main mechanism of automatic ink jet device are designed. The process flow and its automatic control system are designed. The system is driven and controlled by the main pneumatic transmission technology and PLC control technology in order to ensure its reliable operation and function expansion. The experimental results show that the system can complete the predetermined work flow, achieve the purpose of removing the oxidation film and uniform ink jet, improve the production efficiency and improve the service life of the mould. The system is characterized by good cleaning effect of blowing air and uniform dispersion of the amount of ink jet. It takes only 2 seconds to finish each spray. The automatic blowing ink jet system also has the advantages of low price, strong function expansion ability, stable operation and so on.
