SAE4130钢力学性能不良的原因

【摘要】:A厂生产的SAE4130钢制成产品后存在硬度偏低、低温冲击功低等力学性能不良的问题。通过分析A、B两厂生产的SAE4130钢的化学成分,并利用光学显微镜观察其金相组织,对比分析了A厂材料力学性能差的原因。结果表明:A厂材料的碳当量低是其硬度偏低的原因;Ni、Mo、Al等有益合金元素含量低、索氏体组织较粗、材料组织均匀性差导致了其低温冲击功低。提出的改进措施有:对化学成分进行优化,提高部分有益合金元素的含量以及低温快注,以保证材料的均匀性。
[Abstract]:The SAE4130 steel produced in factory A has poor mechanical properties such as low hardness and low impact power at low temperature. By analyzing the chemical composition of the SAE4130 steel produced by the two plants, and observing the metallographic structure of the steel by optical microscope, the reasons for the poor mechanical properties of the materials in plant A were compared and analyzed. The results show that the low carbon equivalent is the reason of low hardness, such as the low content of beneficial alloy elements, the coarse structure of Soxhlet, and the low impact work at low temperature due to the poor homogeneity of the material. The improvement measures are as follows: optimizing the chemical composition, increasing the content of some beneficial alloy elements and low temperature and fast injection to ensure the homogeneity of the material.
