丝材直径对等离子喷涂制备非晶合金的影响

【摘要】:研究了Fe78Si13B9丝材直径对等离子喷涂制备非晶合金的影响,为等离子喷涂法制备非晶的工业化提供基础。结果表明,丝材直径小于3 mm时,等离子喷涂氩气压力为0.85 MPa,氢气压力为0.4 MPa,可以制备出完全明亮的非晶粉末。丝材直径大于3 mm时,喷涂的粉末中含有灰色晶体粉末。随着丝材直径的增大,晶体粉末含量提高,粉末中晶体结构与丝材母体几乎完全相同。所制备非晶的晶化温度为536~537℃。
[Abstract]:The influence of the diameter of Fe78Si13B9 wire on the preparation of amorphous alloy by plasma spraying was studied. The results show that when the wire diameter is less than 3 mm, the plasma spraying argon pressure is 0.85 MPA and the hydrogen pressure is 0.4 MPA. When the diameter of wire is more than 3 mm, the powder of spraying contains grey crystal powder. With the increase of wire diameter, the content of crystal powder increases, and the crystal structure of the powder is almost the same as that of the silk matrix. The crystallization temperature of the amorphous crystal is 536 ~ 537 鈩,
