金刚石锯片激光焊接变形分析及控制

【摘要】:通过对激光焊接金刚石锯片进行研究,分析了不同材质的基体和刀头在使用不同参数激光焊接、碾压调整的过程。使用20CrMo、30CrMo、30CrMoA三种材质板料分别制作成连续齿和分齿基体;调整FeNi和FeCo过渡层成分比例,通过冷压成型、真空热压烧结制作成刀头;使用激光对基体和刀头进行对接焊接,改变焊接激光束焦点位置、焦点偏移量、焊接速度、焊接功率和保护气体通入方式分析参数对基体变形程度的影响,从而获得了焊接工艺参数:功率1 200 W,焊速1 100 mm,焦点位置0.5 mm,偏移量0.15 mm,气流量3 L/min的最优焊接方式,分齿型基体结构、30CrMo材质、Fe70%Ni30%过渡层的最佳材质和形状结构。对上述焊接条件下所获得的产品进行碾压矫正得到变形量值0.04 mm,且均匀分布的产品,并且通过市场验证,具有良好的社会效益,可直接产生良好的经济效益。本设计研究可对激光焊接产品设计提供有意义的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of laser welding diamond saw blade, the process of laser welding and rolling adjustment of different material matrix and cutter head is analyzed. Using 20CrMo-30CrMo-30CrMoA plate to make continuous tooth and split tooth matrix, adjusting the composition ratio of FeNi and FeCo transition layer, forming cutter head by cold pressing and vacuum hot pressing sintering, using laser to weld the matrix and the cutter head, Changing the position of laser beam focus, focus offset, welding speed, welding power and gas penetration mode to analyze the influence of the parameters on the deformation degree of the matrix, The optimum welding process parameters, such as power 1 200 W, welding speed 1 100 mm, focus position 0. 5 mm, offset 0. 15 mm and gas flow rate 3 L/min, are obtained. The optimum material and shape of Fe 70 Ni 30% transition layer are obtained. The products obtained under the above welding conditions are compacted and corrected to obtain a product with a deformation value of 0.04 mm and a uniform distribution, and it is verified by the market that it has good social benefits and can directly produce good economic benefits. This design research can be used for reference and reference for laser welding product design.
