薄带连铸0.7%Si无取向硅钢的显微组织及织构

【摘要】:采用光学显微镜及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了薄带连铸0.7%Si无取向硅钢。结果表明,铸带的显微组织为等轴晶,铸带表层主体织构为{223}110,s=0.5层主体织构为{110}112和{112}132,中心层主体织构为{001}100。冷轧板织构主要由较强的110//RD和较弱的111//ND织构组成。冷轧板经900℃退火后再结晶织构主要由{001}100,高斯织构和111//ND织构组成,新的立方晶粒易于在剪切带处形核,并在再结晶开始阶段长大成为退火后的主体织构。
[Abstract]:A thin strip continuous casting 0.7%Si non-oriented silicon steel was studied by optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique. The results show that the microstructure of the cast strip is equiaxed, the main texture of the surface layer of the strip is {223} 110sm 0.5, the main texture is {110} 112 and {112} 132, and the main texture of the central layer is {001} 100.
