Q550高强工程机械用钢加工工艺研究

【摘要】:以Q550高强度工程机械用钢为研究对象,研究了该钢种的加工工艺对其晶粒及组织的影响。结果表明,在试样变形过程中存在着两种应力-应变状态,其中一种是动态再结晶型的,另外一种是动态回复型的。当冷却速度变大时,材料组织结构中贝氏体的晶粒粒径减小,同时贝氏体铁素体间距变小,此时材料的硬度先增大后减小。当冷却速率为30℃/s时,试样的维氏硬度达到最大值346 HV。为了获得力学性能较好的钢材,避免混晶的出现,Q550高强钢的终轧温度应在900℃以下。
[Abstract]:The effect of processing technology on the grain and microstructure of Q550 high strength construction machinery steel was studied. The results show that there are two kinds of stress-strain states during the deformation of the specimen, one of which is dynamic recrystallization and the other is dynamic recovery. With the increase of cooling rate, the grain size of bainite and the spacing of bainite ferrite decrease, and the hardness of bainite increases first and then decreases.
