近年来,科学技术的进步,推动机械加工业和制造业快速发展,对各种热拔无缝钢管的需求量增加,由于钢管加工的关键工装——芯棒轴的平直度对无缝钢管的质量有重要影响,而芯棒轴在热处理过程中会发生一定的弯曲变形,因此矫直技术和矫直机械的重要性日益体现。传统的矫直工艺由于效率、精度、矫直范围等不足已不能适应企业生产和发展要求,3000吨自动矫直机为满足宝钢无缝钢管芯棒轴矫直需要而设计研发,是目前国内矫直力最大的自动液压矫直机,该机的成功研发对于大型轴类零件的矫直具有普遍意 义。论文介绍了YJD45-3000液压矫直机基本结构和各部分的工作原理,借鉴国内外矫直机的研究成果与相关技术,从3000吨自动矫直机大压力、大流量以及换向运动和精确的矫直下压量要求等实际工况出发,完成了液压系统的设计计算。对比浅析浅析各种制约方案优劣,选用高频响比例方向阀为核心制约硕博在线论文网件,采用电液比例制约系统,结合了电气和液压两方面的优点,制约性能好,传动能力大,并且便于计算机制约。系统其他主要阀选用大流量插装阀,详细设计了矫直机压头部分和各个辅助功能回路的液压系统,通过对液压回路和硕博在线论文网器件流量、压力等参数的计算,完成了液压系统主要硕博在线论文网件选型,并对液压系统发热和压降进行验算,确保系统设计的合理性。压头部分的比例位置制约是矫直机液压制约系统的重要组成部分,详细浅析浅析了其基本结构和原理,根据液压系统流量连续性方程和力平衡方程,建立了各个环节传递函数形式的数学模型,最后推导出整个阀控缸系统的传递函数框图,浅析浅析确定了模型中的主要参数值。运用MATLAB及其制约工具箱LTIVIEW和浅析浅析工具SISO Design Tool对建立的系统模型进行仿真和特性浅析浅析,增加PID制约器,改善系统响应速度和稳定性,仿真得到校正后系统的负载干扰误差,最后对比例位置制约系统进行了误差浅析浅析,结果满足矫直机制约要求,系统建模和仿真结果为后续的调试运行提供了一定的理论依据和参考。通过现场调试情况,该矫直机运行良好,可顺利完成工艺动作和各项制约要求,验证了系统设计和制约方案的合理性。由此可见,微机电液比例位置制约系统的应用研究对提高矫直机的制约性能、矫直精度具有重要的理论价值和实际工程意 义。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the progress of technology promoted the development of machinery industry and manufacturing, which is in heavy demand of hot-drawn seamless steel tube. Owing to the glancing flatness of mandril which is the key frock in the process of seamless steel tube has important influence on the quality of steel tube,and flexural deformation of axial parts during the heat treatment,so the importance of straightening technology and straightening machine is obvious. The traditional straightening process cannot satisfy the developing requirement of enterprise in efficiency, precision, straightening range and so on. The 3000 tons automatic straightening machine which is a fully automatic hydraulic straightening machine with the most pressure at present in China is designed for the Baosteel to straighten the mandril of seamless steel tube,which has universal significance to the straightening of large-sized shaft-parts.The basic structure and operating principle of YJD45-3000 automatic hydraulic pressure straightening machine is introduced. According to draw on the research findings and straightening technology at home and aboard, the hydraulic pressure system of is designed, which is based on the working condition of mass flow, mass pressure, inverting move and precise rolling reduction of 3000 tons automatic hydraulic pressure straightening machine. Comparing the analysis on different control schemes, the proportional direction value with high frequency response is used as the core control element. The applications of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, which incorporated the advantage of both electricity and hydraulic technology, has good control performance, large transmission capacity and is convenient for computer-control. The other valves are mainly cartridge valve with large flow. The hydraulic pressure system of seaming chuck and secondary circuit are designed detailedly, and then the main valves and elements of hydraulic system are opted which is based on the calculation of pressure, flow and so on. At last the heat and pressure drop is checked to ensure that the system is reasonable design.The proportional position control system of seaming chuck is the important component of hydraulic control system of straightening machine and its configuration and principles are analyzed. According to the flow continuity equation and force balance equation, mathematical model of each link with the form of transfer function is established to deduce the transfer function block diagram of cylinder system controlled by the valve, and then the parameter value is worked out. MATLAB with its control toolbox-LTIVIEW and SISO Design Tool are used to accomplish the simulation and property analysis of the model. The stability and response rate of the system has been improved by PID controller and the error analysis of system is researched considering load disturbance, the result of which is satisfying. Modelling and simulation result provide theoretical basis and reference for the subsequent debug and run procedure. The straightening machine runs well and can achieve the technical motions and control demands during site debugging, which prove that the design and control scheme is feasible. Thus, the application study of electro-hydraulic proportional position system controlled by computer is valuable in theory and significant in projects domain to improve the control performance and straightening precision.
