机械振动对AlSi9Cu3亚快速凝固组织的影响

【摘要】:在Al Si9Cu3合金振动凝固过程中施加循环冷却水模拟振动式双辊铸轧工艺凝固过程,研究了在亚快速凝固条件下振动参数(振幅和振频)对凝固组织的影响。结果表明,通过控制振动参数可有效细化芯部等轴晶并扩大等轴晶所占截面比例。当振幅为0.5 mm、振频为25 Hz时效果最佳,芯部等轴晶平均直径为0.2 mm,等轴晶所占截面比例高达80%。试验结果为振动式双辊铸轧生产工艺提供了有效参考。
[Abstract]:In the process of vibration solidification of Al Si9Cu3 alloy, the solidification process of simulated double roll casting rolling process is applied. The effect of vibration parameters (amplitude and vibration frequency) on the solidification structure under the condition of subrapid solidification is studied. The results show that the ratio of the equiaxed grains and the proportion of the equiaxed grains can be expanded effectively by controlling the vibration parameters. When the amplitude is 0.5 mm and the vibration frequency is 25 Hz, the result is the best, the average diameter of the core equiaxed crystal is 0.2 mm, the proportion of the cross section of the equiaxial crystal up to the 80%. test result is an effective reference for the vibrating double roll casting production process.
