数控机床虚拟操作演示平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国数字信息化技术的急速发展,数控设备在生产加工,为企业输送合格的数控技术人员是摆在中、高职业院校教育工作者面前的一个重要问题。当前,在职业教育领域中数控加工技术专业普遍开设数控加工技术课程,在传统的教学中教师反映学生立体思维较差,不能较好理解各个零件相互作用的关系,学生的学习积极性不高,实训操作效率低下,教学成本高;受传统教学方法的限制,课堂展示资料有限,缺乏互动性,实时性不强。本文本着解决以上问题的思路,通过改变传统的静态教学方法,利用计算机模拟仿真技术制作动态交互的课件进行数控技术加工专业课程的教学,为学生在有限的课堂时间里感受到逼真加工环境;为学生提供更生动的知识表现方式,更多样的练习平台。数控机床虚拟操作演示平台的整体设计框架基于Unity 3D虚拟现实技术,结合三维建模工具和C#语言,完成数控机床虚拟演示平台的构建。通过虚拟场景构建以及教学视频、动画和测试等的嵌入,达到了与学生之间良好的互动,这也是进行现代创新教育的重要手段。最后研究结果表明,这种基于Unity 3D平台技术构建出的数控机床虚拟操作演示平台的三维展示和交互功能,不仅解决了对数控机床操作在数字化虚拟展示方面要求;同时对体验式互动及虚拟演示技术与数控专业的职业教育教学的完美结合提出了新的标准,也是实现教师与学生之间更加方便快捷的信息交流互动作出了努力,为学生能够在近似企业生产模式中得到能力的锻炼和对于数控加工知识的检验;也将解决数控设备技术含量高、结构复杂、造价昂贵等制约新型人才培养的瓶颈;也为远程教育及实训教学的实施提供了有效的条件、技术支持和质量保证。因此Unity 3D技术平台的虚拟演示技术引入数控实训课堂就成了必然趋势。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of digital information technology in China, numerical control equipment in production and processing, the transmission of qualified CNC technicians for enterprises is in the middle, high vocational colleges and universities in front of an important problem for educators. At present, in the field of vocational education, the course of NC machining technology is generally set up in the field of NC machining technology. In traditional teaching, teachers reflect that students' three-dimensional thinking is poor, so they can not understand the relationship between the interaction of various parts. The students' learning enthusiasm is not high, the training operation efficiency is low, the teaching cost is high; by the limitation of the traditional teaching methods, the classroom display materials are limited, lack of interactive, real-time is not strong. In this paper, by changing the traditional static teaching method and using computer simulation technology to make dynamic interactive courseware, the course teaching of NC technology machining specialty is carried out in the light of the thought of solving the above problems. For students in the limited time to feel the realistic processing environment, for students to provide more vivid knowledge expression, more diverse practice platform. The whole design framework of the virtual operation demonstration platform of NC machine tool is based on Unity 3D virtual reality technology, combined with 3D modeling tool and C # language, the construction of virtual demonstration platform of NC machine tool is completed. Through the construction of virtual scene and the embedding of teaching video, animation and test, we can achieve good interaction with students, which is also an important means of modern innovation education. Finally, the research results show that the 3D display and interactive function of the virtual operation demonstration platform based on Unity 3D platform not only solves the requirement of digital virtual display for CNC machine tool operation; At the same time, it puts forward a new standard for the perfect combination of experiential interaction and virtual demonstration technology with the vocational education and teaching of numerical control major, and it also makes great efforts to realize a more convenient and quick information exchange interaction between teachers and students. For students to be able to get ability training and test of NC machining knowledge in approximate enterprise production mode, also solve the bottleneck of training new type talents, such as high technology content, complex structure, high cost and so on. It also provides effective conditions, technical support and quality assurance for the implementation of distance education and practical teaching. Therefore, the introduction of virtual demonstration technology in Unity 3D platform has become an inevitable trend.
