真空吸铸过程中TiAl合金熔体流动状态

【摘要】:利用数值模拟和实验相结合的方法,对金属型底浇式真空吸铸过程中合金熔体的射流宽度、反向充填位置和反向充填区域等流动状态进行研究,并优化了工艺参数。研究表明,随着吸口直径尺寸增加,金属液的射流宽度增大,反向充填位置从底部向上部移动,且充填区域也发生了相应的转变,当吸口直径为4mm时,射流宽度和型腔宽度一致,反向充填消失。当吸口直径为4mm,浇注温度为1620℃时,获得了充型完整的TiAl基合金薄板件,铸件铸态组织晶粒细小,平均尺寸小于50μm,为全片层组织。
[Abstract]:By means of numerical simulation and experiment, the flow states such as jet width, reverse filling position and reverse filling area of alloy melt during the vacuum suction casting process of metal bottom casting were studied, and the process parameters were optimized. The results show that with the increase of suction diameter, the width of liquid metal jet increases, the reverse filling position moves from the bottom to the top, and the filling area changes accordingly.
