异形截面环件封闭轧制缺陷与控制

【摘要】:异形截面环件截面形状复杂,轧制时金属流动不均匀,易产生翘曲、鱼尾等缺陷。基于Forge有限元模拟软件对异形截面环件封闭轧制成形进行研究,得出了异形截面环件轧制过程中翘曲、鱼尾缺陷产生机理,分析了毛坯截面形状对翘曲和鱼尾缺陷的影响规律。以优化毛坯截面形状的方式,提出了控制这些缺陷的对策。研究结果表明,将毛坯内孔直壁高度设计成与法兰部分高度相等,颈部内表面设计成锥面,可消除轧制产生的扭矩,使翘曲现象明显减小,轧制得以顺利进行;将毛坯颈部外表面倾角设计为30°,鱼尾缺陷最小,并实现环件饱满成形。将模拟研究结果用于实际生产,获得了合格的产品。
[Abstract]:The shape of irregular section ring is complex, the metal flow is not uniform during rolling, and the defects such as warpage and fishtail are easy to be produced. Based on the Forge finite element simulation software, the paper studies the closed rolling forming of the annulus with special-shaped section, and obtains the mechanism of warpage and fishtail defect in the rolling process of the profiled ring, and analyzes the influence of the shape of the blank section on the warpage and the fishtail defect. In order to optimize the shape of blank section, the countermeasures to control these defects are put forward. The results show that the straight wall height of the inner hole of the blank is designed to be equal to the height of the flange and the inner surface of the neck is designed as a cone, which can eliminate the torque produced by rolling, reduce the warping phenomenon obviously and make the rolling proceed smoothly. The inclination angle of the outer surface of the blank neck is designed to be 30 掳, the fish tail defect is minimized, and the full forming of the ring is realized. The simulation results were used in practical production and qualified products were obtained.
