高碳低合金耐磨钢过冷奥氏体组织转变和淬透性

【摘要】:针对厚度超过140 mm的厚大耐磨工件,设计一种C含量为0.67%~0.73%的Mn-Cr系高碳低合金耐磨钢。利用DIL805A热膨胀仪结合金相—硬度法,测得了该钢的临界点温度A_(c1),A_(c3)以及Ms;并绘制了该材料的过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线);研究了过冷奥氏体连续冷却过程中组织转变规律;并且利用末端淬火实验研究了该钢的淬透性。结果表明:该钢的CCT曲线大大右移,临界冷却速度为5℃/s;测得了该钢淬透性曲线,淬透层深度达到36 mm,淬透性大大增加。
[Abstract]:A Mn-Cr high carbon low alloy wear-resistant steel with a C content of 0.67% and 0.73% was designed for the thick wear-resistant workpiece with a thickness of more than 140mm.
