两辊卷板机成形力预测实验方法研究

【摘要】:利用具有高弹性的介质(例如聚氨酯橡胶)对金属板材进行两辊滚弯成形是一种先进的板材成形工艺,这种工艺极大的提高了零件的成形精度和表面质量。在生产设计一台两辊卷板机时,为了使其结构达到最优,必须对成形力这一参数进行合理的选择与确定。本文通过有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行了探究。由于两辊卷板机所卷制的金属板材一般为薄板,其厚度方向尺寸相对于成型辊直径可以忽略,这并不影响对成形力的预判,因此可以将有板材的两辊实验简化为无板材的两辊实验(以下简称两辊模型)。为了便于数据处理,将其成形力曲线转化为单位面积成形力曲线,并分析了不同单位面积成形力曲线之间的变化规律。接着分析了辊板模型单位面积成形力曲线之间的变化规律,然后寻找两辊模型与辊板模型单位面积成形力曲线之间的共通之处,并用数字进行量化,这样就可以将具有一定几何尺寸的两辊实验转化为对应几何尺寸的辊板实验,使两辊实验进一步简化。之后再对不同几何尺寸之间的辊板模型的单位面积成形力曲线进行研究,找到了其内在联系。这样就可以在同种橡胶材质下,根据一个辊板模型的成形力作为基准,去逆推不同几何尺寸下的辊板模型的成形力,进而转化为生产设计一台两辊卷板机时所需的成形力。最后利用实验结果与仿真结果进行比较,验证前面所得到的结果的准确性,从而也评估了有限元仿真分析的可行性。
[Abstract]:Two-roll rolling forming of metal sheet with high elastic medium (such as polyurethane rubber) is an advanced sheet forming process, which greatly improves the forming accuracy and surface quality of the parts. In order to optimize the structure of a two-roll rolling machine, the parameter of forming force must be reasonably selected and determined. This paper explores the finite element software Abaqus. Because the sheet metal rolled by the two-roll rolling machine is usually a thin plate, its thickness direction size can be neglected relative to the diameter of the forming roll, which does not affect the pre-judgment of forming force. Therefore, the two-roll experiment with sheet metal can be simplified as two-roll experiment without sheet metal (hereinafter referred to as two-roll model). For the convenience of data processing, the forming force curve is transformed into the forming force curve per unit area, and the law of variation between the forming force curves per unit area is analyzed. Then, the changing law of forming force curve per unit area of roll plate model is analyzed, and the common place between the two roll model and the forming force curve per unit area of roll plate model is found, and the numerical quantification is used to measure the common place between the two roll model and the forming force curve per unit area of roll plate model. In this way, the two-roll experiment with certain geometric size can be transformed into the roll plate experiment with corresponding geometric size, and the two-roll experiment can be further simplified. After that, the forming force curves per unit area of the roll plate model with different geometric sizes are studied, and the internal relations are found. In this way, under the same rubber material, according to the forming force of a roll plate model as the reference, the forming force of the roll plate model with different geometric dimensions can be reversed and then transformed into the forming force required for the production and design of a two-roll rolling machine. Finally, by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results, the accuracy of the previous results is verified, and the feasibility of the finite element simulation analysis is also evaluated.
