激光熔覆对304不锈钢表面摩擦磨损性能的影响

【摘要】:采用激光熔覆对304不锈钢表面处理得到不同的熔覆层,研究了激光功率和粉末成分对涂层磨损量以及摩擦系数的影响。利用CETR UMT-2型摩擦磨损试验机进行干滑动磨损试验,采用SURFCOM 130A型粗糙度仪扫描熔覆层表面磨痕,采用ESM及EDS观察磨损表面形貌,分析其磨损形式。结果表明:C类涂层(Ni60:92%,C;2%,Mo S2:6%)在1.8 k W激光下制备的涂层C2的磨损量为1.452×10-2mm3,相对耐磨性达到基体的6.39倍,磨损形式主要为疲劳磨损,伴随轻微磨粒磨损;E类涂层(Ni60:92%,C:6%,Mo S2:2%)在2.0 k W激光下制备的涂层E3的磨损量仅为0.925×10-2mm3,耐磨性最好,磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损;添加润滑相的E3涂层的摩擦系数高于C2,但是在整个实验过程中比较稳定;磨损特性的改善表明石墨与Mo S2之间有良好的协同效应。
[Abstract]:Different cladding layers were obtained by laser cladding on 304 stainless steel surface. The effects of laser power and powder composition on the wear and friction coefficient of the coating were studied. Dry sliding wear test was carried out by using CETR UMT-2 friction and wear tester. Wear marks were scanned by surfcom 130A rough degree instrument. ESM and EDS were used to observe the wear surface morphology and its wear form was analyzed. The results show that the wear capacity of the coating C2 prepared under 1.8 kW laser is 1.452 脳 10 ~ (-2) mm ~ (3), and the relative wear resistance is 6.39 times that of the substrate. The wear form of C _ 2 coating is mainly fatigue wear, and the wear rate of C _ 2 is 1.452 脳 10 ~ (-2) mm ~ (-3). The wear rate of the coating E3 prepared under 2.0 kW laser is only 0.925 脳 10 ~ (-2) mm ~ (3), the wear resistance is the best, and the wear form is mainly abrasive wear. The friction coefficient of E3 coating with lubricating phase is higher than that of C _ 2, but it is stable in the whole experiment process, and the improvement of wear characteristics indicates that there is a good synergistic effect between graphite and MoS _ 2.
