【摘要】:冷轧管机是利用变断面环孔型以往复运动的方式对荒管进行冷态轧制的工艺设备,现代金属管材生产,尤其是合金钢、有色合金及各种高变形抗力合金管材的生产广泛采用周期式冷轧管机。根据国内用户需求以及未来核电工业对不锈钢管道的特殊要求,需要开发大型周期式两辊冷轧管机。LG730是世界上最大的两辊伺服型冷轧管机,该机具有较好的开坯性能,用于轧制大规格的黑色及有色金属无缝管。在冷轧管工业生产中,孔型设计是冷轧管机设计的核心技术。通过孔型设计,给金属变形提供最合理的变形机制。孔型设计的合理性对冷轧无缝钢管成品尺寸精度、表面光洁度和变形均匀性有着重要影响。同时,孔型的好坏还影响着轴向力、轧机生产效率和生产成本。目前,俄罗斯拥有世界最大两辊冷轧管机组,其最大成品管外径为Φ450mm。为了解决核电所需要的更大口径冷轧钢管(极限尺寸Φ730mm),在孔型设计理论和生产实践上都存在较高的难度。国内孔型设计一般采用经验加理论的设计思想,传统孔型设计理论不完全适用大口径钢管。特别是对于管径极限尺寸达到或超过Φ730mm的大口径钢管,国际上尚未开发。所以,LG730冷轧管机孔型设计在理论和实际生产中都没有先例。破解大口径孔型设计方法,建立孔型设计的数学模型也是本课题需要解决的主要问题。本课题密切结合企业需求,利用舍瓦金孔型设计方法和Meer孔型设计方法对LG730进行孔型设计,并利用有限元软件MARC建立弹塑性有限元模型,对世界最大的两辊伺服型冷轧管机LG730典型品种进行建模和过程仿真,主要研究机组环状孔型设计和产品工艺制度。根据企业生产需求,开发了孔型设计软件,建立了孔型设计参数化模型,解决了往复轧制与回转送进机构系统建模问题,为LG730冷轧管机的孔型设计过程提供了重要的模拟实验数据依据,最终验证利用Meer孔型设计方法在设计大口径孔型的合理性。本课题研究对指导冷轧大口径无缝钢管工业生产将发挥一定作用,对推动我国冷轧无缝钢管工业发展及其技术进步将产生较大影响,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:The cold rolling mill is a kind of process equipment which uses variable section ring pass to roll the cold rolling of the waste pipe in the way of reciprocating. The production of modern metal pipe, especially alloy steel, is very important. The production of non-ferrous alloy and all kinds of high-deformation resistant alloy pipes is widely used in cold-rolling mill. According to the needs of domestic customers and the special requirements of nuclear power industry for stainless steel pipes in the future, it is necessary to develop a large periodic two-roll cold pipe rolling mill .LG730, which is the largest two-roll servo cold pipe rolling machine in the world, and has good billet opening performance. For rolling large-specification black and non-ferrous seamless pipes. Pass design is the key technology of cold-rolled pipe mill design. Through the pass design, the most reasonable deformation mechanism is provided for metal deformation. The rationality of pass design plays an important role in dimension accuracy, surface finish and deformation uniformity of cold rolled seamless steel tube. At the same time, the pass also affects the axial force, mill production efficiency and production costs. At present, Russia has the world's largest two-high cold-rolled tube mill, the largest finished tube diameter 桅 450 mm. In order to solve the problem of large diameter cold rolled steel tube (limit size 桅 730mm) required by nuclear power, it is difficult to design pass theory and production practice. In domestic pass design, the design idea of experience addition theory is generally adopted, but the traditional pass design theory is not completely applicable to large diameter steel pipe. Especially for large diameter steel pipe with diameter limit size reaching or exceeding 桅 730mm, it has not been developed in the world. Therefore, there is no precedent in theoretical and practical production for pass design of LG730 cold rolling pipe mill. It is also the main problem to solve the problem of solving the method of large aperture pass design and establishing the mathematical model of pass design. According to the needs of the enterprise, the author designs the LG730 pass by using the Sheva gold pass design method and the Meer pass design method, and establishes the elastic-plastic finite element model by using the finite element software Marc. The modeling and process simulation of the world's largest two-roll servo cold pipe mill LG730 is carried out. The annular pass design and product process are studied. According to the production demand of the enterprise, the pass design software is developed, the parametric model of pass design is established, and the modeling problem of reciprocating rolling and rotary feed mechanism system is solved. It provides important experimental data for the pass design process of LG730 cold-rolled pipe mill, and finally verifies the rationality of using Meer pass design method to design large-caliber pass. This research will play a certain role in guiding the industrial production of cold rolled large seamless steel tube, and will have a great influence on the development and technical progress of cold rolled seamless steel pipe industry in China, which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
