金刚石框架锯条的疲劳寿命分析

【摘要】:金刚石框架锯条是最主要的石板材锯解加工工具之一,具有加工效率高、加工质量好、环境污染小的优点。目前金刚石框架锯条锯解技术有了很大进步,但其锯解花岗石板材时存在磨损较快、使用寿命低等问题。同时随着锯解加工板材材料性质的多样化,对金刚石框架锯条也提出了更多的要求。因此研究金刚石框架锯条锯解花岗石板材特性以及金刚石框架锯条的疲劳寿命,对花岗石板材的高效锯解加工和新型金刚石框架锯条的开发具有重要指导意义。本文以金刚石框架锯条为研究对象,系统分析当前金刚石框架锯条和花岗石板材锯解技术的研究现状及存在的问题;结合金刚石框架锯条的结构与技术特点,运用ADAMS仿真分析其锯解加工运动规律,对金刚石框架锯条的材料特性,锯解加工前的安装张紧以及其锯解加工过程中的受力特性进行分析,得到金刚石框架锯条的锯解加工特征。对金刚石框架锯条锯解花岗石进行了实验研究,探索了其锯解加工花岗石板材过程中的锯解力特性,并通过Mat lab进行回归分析建立了各个锯解力的数学模型,为金刚石框架锯条的疲劳寿命分析提供载荷谱;根据锯解力实验结果,以疲劳累积损伤理论为基础,通过名义应力计算方法完成金刚石框架锯条的疲劳寿命预测,并借助Workbench有限元分析和n-Code designlife疲劳分析软件,仿真分析计算金刚石框架锯条在近似加工状态下的疲劳寿命,与理论预测结果相符合,并得出在金刚石框架锯条中间位置的上端部分以及锯条基体与锯齿焊接的位置疲劳寿命最小而最易发生疲劳;同时,分析了金刚石框架锯条疲劳寿命对载荷变化的灵敏性,发现金刚石框架锯条寿命对张紧力载荷最敏感,竖直锯解力载荷次之,水平锯解力载荷的影响最小。通过本课题的研究,不仅可以提升金刚石框架锯条锯解花岗石板材时的安全可靠性,而且在实际生产中可以指导设计合理的花岗石大板加工工艺和花岗石板材锯解用金刚石框架锯条。
[Abstract]:Diamond frame saw blade is one of the most important tools for cutting stone plate. It has the advantages of high processing efficiency, good processing quality and low environmental pollution. At present, great progress has been made in sawing technology of diamond frame saw blade, but there are some problems in sawing granite plate such as fast wear and low service life. At the same time, with the diversification of material properties of saw plate, more requirements for diamond frame saw blade are put forward. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the characteristics of diamond frame saw blade sawing granite plate and the fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade for high efficiency sawing of granite plate and development of new diamond frame saw blade. This paper takes diamond frame saw blade as the research object, systematically analyzes the present research status and existing problems of diamond frame saw blade and granite plate sawing technology, and combines the structure and technical characteristics of diamond frame saw blade. By using Adams simulation, the characteristics of diamond frame saw blade's material, the installation tensioning before sawing and the mechanical characteristics in the process of sawing are analyzed. The cutting characteristics of diamond frame saw blade are obtained. The experimental study on sawing granite with diamond frame saw blade was carried out, and the characteristics of sawing force in the process of sawing and processing granite plate were explored, and the mathematical models of sawing force were established by regression analysis with Mat lab. The load spectrum is provided for the fatigue life analysis of diamond frame saw blades, and the fatigue life prediction of diamond frame saw blades is accomplished by means of nominal stress calculation based on the fatigue cumulative damage theory based on the experimental results of sawing force. With the help of Workbench finite element analysis and n-Code designlife fatigue analysis software, the fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade under approximate working condition is simulated and calculated, which is in accordance with the theoretical prediction results. The fatigue life of the upper part of diamond frame saw blade and the welding position between saw blade base and saw teeth are the least and the fatigue life is the most easy to occur, meanwhile, the sensitivity of fatigue life of diamond frame saw blade to load variation is analyzed. It is found that the life of diamond frame saw blade is the most sensitive to the tension load, the vertical saw load is the second, and the horizontal saw load is the least. Through the research of this subject, not only can the safety and reliability of the diamond frame saw blade sawing granite plate be improved, Moreover, it can be used to design reasonable processing technology of granite plate and diamond frame saw blade for sawing granite plate in actual production.
