热浸锌钢板无铬钝化工艺的研究

【摘要】：研究了热浸锌钢板的硅酸盐体系无铬钝化工艺。通过硫酸铜点滴试验及电化学工作站测试钝化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:在pH=12、θ=70℃,t=15 min的条件下所得钝化膜的耐蚀性较好。
