石英玻璃化学镀镍及其对扩散焊接的影响

【摘要】:石英玻璃和石英玻璃纤维复合材料是理想的窗口材料,窗口材料的固定与密封一般使用高分子材料,但高分子材料在服役过程中易出现老化现象,带来损失。窗口连接材料使用中存在的老化问题就成为亟待解决的问题。本论文采用化学镀镍工艺,制备玻璃与连接处的中间层。使用SPS的方法对石英玻璃与铝合金,以及石英玻璃之间进行扩散焊接,并对扩散焊接后的界面进行研究。采用无钯活化镀Ni-P工艺制备中间层,确定了无钯活化工艺:硫酸镍21 g/L、酒石酸钾钠11.5 g/L组成混合溶液,用碱液调节至胶体状,加入微量NaBH4制成活化液。将试样在还原液中浸润30 s,再浸到活化液中20 s,低温下迅速干燥,完成活化。镀液组成及试验条件优化结果:硫酸镍32~34 g/L,柠檬酸钠20~28 g/L,次亚磷酸钠25~30 g/L,乙酸钠30 g/L,乳酸15~20 ml/L,碘化钾0.05 g/L。试验条件:PH值4.5~5.5,反应温度80~85℃。试验所得镀层外貌平整光亮,结合强度高,含磷量14.40%,非晶结构。研究了化学镀镍层与石英玻璃的扩散行为,确定了化学镀镍层与石英玻璃发生扩散的最佳条件为:连接温度800~850℃,连接压力10~15 MPa,中间镀镍层为0.5μm左右,保温时间30 min。经过扩散连接的两片石英玻璃之间连接紧密,有一定的透光率,可见光透过率可以达到19.5%以上。接头处有一定的结合强度,剪切强度为0.60 MPa左右,断裂类型是基体与界面的复合断裂,连接强度较高。使用SPS技术连接石英玻璃和铝合金,采用SEM和EDS等分析检测方法,研究了扩散焊工艺参数对接头微观形貌和元素扩散的影响规律,确定了扩散连接的最佳工艺:连接温度500℃,连接压力4 MPa左右,连接时间5~10 min,中间层厚度0.5μm左右。铝合金、镀层和石英玻璃之间紧密连接,接头的微观形貌无裂痕和孔洞。
[Abstract]:Quartz glass and quartz glass fiber composites are ideal window materials. The fixing and sealing of window materials generally use polymer materials, but the aging phenomenon of polymer materials is easy to occur in the course of service, resulting in loss. The aging problem in the use of window connection material becomes an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the interlayer between glass and joint was prepared by electroless nickel plating. The diffusion welding between quartz glass, aluminum alloy and quartz glass was carried out by using SPS method, and the interface after diffusion welding was studied. Palladium free Ni-P plating process was used to prepare the intermediate layer. The palladium free activation process was determined as follows: nickel sulfate 21 g / L, potassium sodium tartrate 11.5 g / L, mixed solution, adjusted to colloidal form with alkali solution, added a small amount of NaBH4 to make activation solution. The sample was soaked in the reductive solution for 30 s, then immersed in the activation solution for 20 s. The sample was dried quickly at low temperature to complete the activation. The results of bath composition and test conditions were as follows: nickel sulfate 32 ~ 34 g / L, sodium citrate 20 ~ 28 g / L, sodium hypophosphite 25 ~ 30 g / L, sodium acetate 30 g / L, lactic acid 15 ~ 20 ml / L, potassium iodide 0.05 g / L.
