718合金轴类锻件径向锻造工艺模拟

【摘要】:利用Forge模拟软件对718高温合金在径向锻造过程中温度场、等效塑性应变场、最高温度变化和散热情况进行了研究.在第一道次,坯料升温集中在表面至距离心部1/2半径处;第二道次后心部成为温度最高部位,且心部温度较之前趋于均匀,心部温度最终比初始温度升高约45℃;坯料最高温度在径向锻造过程中先升高而后略微降低;在所有散热形式中,热辐射是坯料散热的主要方式;对等效塑性应变的模拟发现,坯料在第二道次锻造后已被锻透.现场取样观察与模拟结果对比显示,模拟结果具有可信性.
[Abstract]:The temperature field, equivalent plastic strain field, maximum temperature change and heat dissipation of 718 superalloy during radial forging were studied by Forge simulation software.
