基于有限元方法的阶梯形超声变幅杆设计及优化

【摘要】:超声变幅杆是功率超声振动系统中的重要组成部件.本文在三维建模的基础上对阶梯形变幅杆进行了模态分析与谐响应分析.对阶梯形变幅杆的轴向应力分布情况的分析表明,在大端和小端的连接处变幅杆受到的应力最大,容易出现疲劳断裂.最后,本文用有限元法对带工具的变幅杆进行了优化设计.优化的结果表明,随着阶梯形变幅杆过渡圆弧半径的增大,振动的固有频率也随之增加,同时变幅杆最大应力分布向小端移动,且最大值变小.这表明增大过渡圆弧半径可以达到阶梯形超声变幅杆的目的.
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic horn is an important component of power ultrasonic vibration system. In this paper, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of stepped horn are carried out on the basis of 3D modeling. The analysis of the axial stress distribution of the stepped horn shows that the stress is the greatest at the junction between the big end and the small end, and the fatigue fracture is easy to occur. Finally, the finite element method is used to optimize the design of the luffing rod with tools. The results show that the natural frequency of vibration increases with the increase of the transition arc radius of the stepped horn, and the maximum stress distribution moves to the small end, and the maximum value becomes smaller. It shows that the step ultrasonic horn can be achieved by increasing the radius of the transition arc.
