超细WC-6Co硬质合金注射参数的优化

【摘要】:采用正交实验方法研究了注射温度、注射压力、注射速度、保压压力及其交互作用对超细WC-6Co硬质合金注射成形坯质量的影响。通过直观分析和方差分析,比较了各因素影响注射坯质量的显著程度,优化了注射成形参数。结果表明:注射温度与注射压力的交互作用、注射温度与保压压力的交互作用、注射温度和注射速度对注射坯密度的影响显著;注射温度与保压压力的交互作用、注射温度与注射压力的交互作用和注射速度对注射坯抗弯强度的影响显著;台阶状圆棒的最佳注射参数组合为注射温度为100℃,注射压力为60 MPa,注射速度为40%,保压压力为20 MPa。
[Abstract]:The effects of injection temperature, injection pressure, injection speed, pressure keeping pressure and their interaction on the quality of ultra-fine WC-6Co cemented carbide were studied by orthogonal experiment. By means of visual analysis and variance analysis, the influence of various factors on the quality of injection billet was compared, and the injection molding parameters were optimized. The results show that the interaction between injection temperature and injection pressure, the interaction between injection temperature and pressure, the effect of injection temperature and injection speed on the density of injection blank, the interaction between injection temperature and pressure, The interaction between injection temperature and injection pressure and injection speed have significant effects on the bending strength of injection billet, and the optimum injection parameters of step round rod are as follows: injection temperature is 100 鈩,
