砂型铸造车间在线化生产管理方案的研究与应用

【摘要】：当今铸造企业所面临的来自外部市场竞争压力越来越大,铸造企业想通过信息化手段强化车间内部生产的管理来提高企业效益。针对目前砂型铸造车间面临的生产管理问题,本文提出砂型铸造车间在线化管理方案来帮助提高生产管理的信息化水平,从而解决生产管理中出现的问题。在线化管理方案以企业服务器为数据与信息存储中心,企业信息网络为传输媒介,生产信息实时反馈与问题处理方案实时传递的一种砂型铸造车间信息化管理方案。首先,本文分析了砂铸生产面临的问题,探讨了如何将信息化管理深入到生产现场,阐述了实施在线化管理的必要性。然后叙述了在线化管理的理论基础即企业资源管理计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)的信息集成与制造执行系统(Manufacturing execution system,MES)的生产流程实时跟踪。信息集成与生产跟踪不仅是理论基础也是解决问题的重要手段。其次,依据理论基础对在线化管理方案进行了结构设计,并叙述了方案业务流程。然后阐述了生产信息集成设计及其业务流程、生产跟踪设计及其业务流程和方案数据流的设计。接着对方案进行了软件系统的开发,系统分为砂型铸造、铸造整理、生产跟踪、用户权限四部分。对每部分进行了详细的模块设计,模块之间采用任务驱动的方式进行生产信息的传输。此外对系统如何实时收集和传输生产信息,以及实现该功能所使用的关键技术进行了阐述。最后,结合系统在江苏万恒铸业有限公司砂型铸造车间的应用案例来说明方案的实际应用效果。结果表明在铸造车间应用本方案应用后进度查询、生产调度以及质量追溯等方面都比应用前有了明显改观。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the foundry enterprises are facing more and more competition pressure from the external market. The foundry enterprises want to strengthen the management of the workshop internal production by means of information technology to improve the efficiency of the enterprises. In view of the production management problems faced by sand mold foundry workshop at present, this paper puts forward the online management scheme of sand mold casting workshop to help improve the information level of production management, thus solving the problems in production management. The online management scheme takes the enterprise server as the data and information storage center, the enterprise information network as the transmission medium, the production information real-time feedback and the problem processing plan real-time transfer, a kind of sand mold foundry workshop information management plan. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems faced by sand casting production, discusses how to apply information management to the production site, and expounds the necessity of implementing online management. Then, the paper describes the theoretical basis of online management, that is, the information integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the real-time tracking of manufacturing execution system (mes). Information integration and production tracking is not only the theoretical basis but also an important means to solve the problem. Secondly, the online management scheme is designed based on the theory, and the business process of the scheme is described. Then, the integrated design of production information and its business process, the design of production tracking and the design of business process and scheme data flow are described. The system is divided into four parts: sand casting, casting finishing, production tracking and user authority. Each part is designed in detail. The task-driven mode is used to transmit the production information between the modules. In addition, the system how to collect and transmit production information in real time, and the key technology used to realize this function are described. Finally, the application case of the system in the sand mold foundry workshop of Jiangsu Wanheng casting Co., Ltd is used to illustrate the practical application effect of the scheme. The results show that the progress query, production scheduling and quality traceability have been improved obviously in the application of this scheme in the foundry workshop.
