计算机辅助公差设计中的关键问题研究(英文)

【摘要】:作为机械产品设计和制造过程中的一项重要内容,计算机辅助公差设计(CAT)是CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的关键技术,是国内外先进制造技术发展中亟需解决的问题。计算机辅助公差设计覆盖面非常广泛,涵盖公差规范和标准化、设计/制造工艺/产品生命周期管理中的公差设计、检测与测量以及功能公差设计。本文首先简要分析这些热点问题的研究进展情况,其次介绍本专辑收集的第13届国际生产工程科学院计算机辅助公差设计会议中的最新研究成果,分析该领域的最新研究进展,希望能帮助读者了解相关研究工作并促进研究人员开展讨论,进一步实现计算机辅助公差设计中的关键技术的突破,促进CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成。
[Abstract]:As an important content in the process of mechanical product design and manufacture, computer aided tolerance design (cat) is the key technology of CAD / CAPP / CAM integration, and is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad. Computer-aided tolerance design covers a wide range of tolerance specifications and standardization, tolerance design in design / manufacturing process / product lifecycle management, detection and measurement, and functional tolerance design. This paper first briefly analyzes the research progress of these hot issues, then introduces the latest research results of the 13th International Academy of production Engineering Computer-Aided tolerance Design Conference collected by this album, and analyzes the latest research progress in this field. It is hoped that it can help readers understand the relevant research work and promote the discussion among researchers, further realize the breakthrough of key technology in computer-aided tolerance design, and promote the integration of CAD / CAPP / CAM.
