东北大学成功地实现“零污染”、低成本钛粉及钛铝合金粉的制取

【摘要】:正东北大学冯乃祥教授的科研团队成功研究出"零污染"制取金属钛粉的新工艺,利用该工艺可使钛的还原率达到100%,并实现"零"排放。与现行的海绵钛生产方法相比,钛粉的生产成本至少可降低50%。该新工艺以氟钛酸钠为原料,以铝为还原剂,可制取金属钛粉以及副产品无钛冰晶石(冰晶石可用作铝电解的助熔剂、玻璃的乳白剂以及搪瓷的遮光剂等)。据冯乃祥教授介绍,该新工艺不仅可以使钛的还原率达到100%,铝的利用率也可同
[Abstract]:The research team of Professor Feng Naixiang of Northeastern University has successfully studied the new process of "zero pollution" to produce titanium powder, which can make the reduction rate of titanium up to 100% and achieve "zero" emission. Compared with the current production method of titanium sponge, the production cost of titanium powder can be reduced by at least 50%.. The new process is made of sodium fluotitanate as raw material and aluminum as a return process. The original agent can be made of titanium powder and a by-product of titanium - free cryolite (cryolite can be used as a flux for aluminum electrolysis, a glass emulsion and a shading agent for enamel etc.). According to Professor Feng Naixiang, the new process can not only make the reduction rate of titanium reach 100%, but also the utilization ratio of aluminum can be the same
