Cu单元素基合金表面FeCoCrAlCu激光高熵合金化涂层的制备
[Abstract]:FeCoCrAlCu high entropy alloying coating was prepared on Cu single element base alloy by ND: YAG laser irradiation. The formation mechanism and properties of FeCoCrAlCu laser high entropy alloying layer were studied by means of scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, microhardness meter and nano indentation instrument. The results show that the FeCoCrAlCu high entropy alloying coating containing the principal component Cu of the substrate can be prepared by laser irradiation alloying of FeCoCrAlAl quaternary alloy powder with the same molar ratio of laser irradiation parameters. The alloying coating is composed of FCC BCC simple structure solid solution. The microstructure of alloying coating is mainly granular, and the hardness of laser high entropy alloying layer with good metallurgical bonding with substrate is more than 7 times of that of the substrate, and its elastic modulus is more than 7 times of that of the substrate. The elastic ratio and the maximum load of the same depth are much higher than those of the matrix material, and have good strength and toughness.
