不锈钢板材在硫酸溶液中的腐蚀行为研究

【摘要】:利用化学浸泡法研究分析430、409L、410S铁素体不锈钢热轧板材在不同温度,不同浓度硫酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,并与304奥氏体不锈钢热轧板材做对比。结果表明:耐硫酸腐蚀性能304430409L410S,奥氏体不锈钢的耐硫酸腐蚀性优于铁素体不锈钢,较低的碳含量和Ti元素的加入提高了409L的耐蚀性,410S中的马氏体降低了它的耐蚀性。硫酸溶液腐蚀性10%H_2SO_460%H_2SO_480%H_2SO_4,10%H_2SO_4、60%H_2SO_4,属于还原性酸,80%H_2SO_4属于氧化性酸。各钢种在10%H_2SO_4溶液中的微观腐蚀形貌与其金相组织具有对应性,这说明材料的微观组织对其耐腐蚀性有直接影响。
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of 430409L 410S ferrite stainless steel hot rolled sheet in different temperature and different concentration of sulfuric acid solution was studied by chemical soaking method and compared with 304 austenitic stainless steel hot rolled sheet. The results show that the sulfuric acid corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel is better than that of ferrite stainless steel, and the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel is decreased by the addition of Ti and low carbon content. The corrosion of the sulfuric acid solution was 10 / 10 / H2SOS / s / I / I / I / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / S / The microstructure of the steel in 10%H_2SO_4 solution has a correspondence with its metallographic structure, which indicates that the microstructure of the steel has a direct effect on the corrosion resistance of the steel.
