热处理对挤压态Mg-Er合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:对挤压态Mg-6.2 mass%Er合金在静态再结晶热处理过程中组织、织构的演变以及相应的力学行为进行了表征,分析了影响该合金塑性变形的微观机制。结果表明,挤压态Mg-6.2 mass%Er合金为部分再结晶的形变组织。在热处理过程中,再结晶程度与退火温度有关,在500℃下退火热处理获得完全再结晶组织。随着再结晶程度的提高,基面织构出现明显的弱化。合金室温拉伸塑性取决于织构的类型,基面织构的弱化导致合金室温塑性大幅度提高。
[Abstract]:The microstructure, texture evolution and corresponding mechanical behavior of extruded Mg-6.2 mass%Er alloy during static recrystallization heat treatment were characterized, and the microcosmic mechanism affecting the plastic deformation of the alloy was analyzed. The results show that the extruded Mg-6.2 mass%Er alloy is partially recrystallized.
