难加工材料-不锈钢高效车削技术及其刀具研究
[Abstract]:Stainless steel is an acronym for stainless steel, which is widely used in aerospace, transportation, petrochemical and nuclear industry because of its excellent anti-air, anti-steam, anti-moisture and anti-acid corrosion characteristics. Due to the existence of iron group elements such as Cr-NiNI-Ti and mn in stainless steel, which belongs to the same group of elements as Co elements in cemented carbide inserts, it is easy to produce problems such as knife chip bonding and element diffusion in cutting process, so it is a typical refractory material. First of all, the material of stainless steel is expounded. By analyzing the characteristics of stainless steel cutting, the essential reason of its difficult to be machined is made clear. The design principle of stainless steel cutting tool with high efficiency is summarized in this paper. Finally, the design method of special tool for turning stainless steel is put forward, the tool structure and cutting condition matching and cutting parameter matching are studied, and the design principle of stainless steel cutting tool with high efficiency is summarized. The research data are expected to provide a reference for the efficient turning of difficult processing materials.
