基于改进双因子模型的装配过程人员可靠性

【摘要】:从分析人为失误机理的角度出发,把复杂的装配过程分解为工人的基本行为单元,以此作为研究对象,通过复合分层故障树分析提取人为失误的影响因素,把影响因素水平和该因素影响行为的贡献程度区分开来,提出人员特性的概念,建立了改进的双因子模型,运用粒子群算法进行求解,实现了人员特性各因子之间解耦最优化。通过磨具装配实例表明,该方法在人为失误因素的量化评价和辨识方面的应用是可行的。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of analyzing the mechanism of human error, the complex assembly process is decomposed into the basic behavior unit of workers. This paper distinguishes the level of influence factor from the contribution degree of the factor influencing behavior, puts forward the concept of personnel characteristics, establishes an improved two-factor model, and solves the problem by using particle swarm optimization algorithm, and realizes the decoupling optimization among the factors of personnel characteristics. The application of this method to the quantitative evaluation and identification of human error factors is proved to be feasible by a grinding tool assembly example.
