基于840D SL系统五轴铣床电气设计

【摘要】:五轴联动机床作为叶轮、叶片、船用螺旋桨、重型发电机转子、汽轮机转子、大型柴油机曲轴等曲面加工的唯一手段,是一种高科技含量、高精密度的专用于加工复杂曲面的机床.对国家的航空、航天、军事、科研、精密器械、高精医疗设备等行业有着举足轻重的影响力。本论文主要是对五轴联动机床电气部分进行设计。在以往对数控铣床设计经验的基础上,详细了解机床部分的结构以及用户的需求,选择840D SL数控系统,对机床数控的数控部分进行选型与连接。并根据技术协议和电气任务书的要求,对机床的整个电路进行规划,按照机床使用要求和电气标准对机床的各种元器件进行选型,技术容量大小并设计电柜进行排布。在840D SL数控选型上,详细介绍了840D SL的优点,具体分析了选择电机的原因以及在数控方面的运用,并完整的介绍了数控系统软件的选型和自制数控摇摆铣头的连接。机床安装到位后,详细讲述了通电的检查、机床驱动的配置和轴参数的配置。并通过对机床通电后驱动和PLC的调试,确保机床能够正常稳定的运行来对机床的选型部分和电气连接部分进行验证。确保机床正常稳定的运行后,再对机床的精度进行补偿并对安全性进行检验,保证五轴机床的高精密性和稳定性。通过对840D SL系统五轴铣床电气部分的设计与研究,极大的提高了我国的数控机床的设计制造水平,为我国提出的《中国制造2025》贡献了一份力量。
[Abstract]:The five-axis linkage machine tool is the only means of curved surface machining such as impeller, blade, marine propeller, heavy-duty generator rotor, turbine rotor, crankshaft of large diesel engine, etc. It is a kind of high-tech content. High precision machine tools for machining complex surfaces. Aviation, aerospace, military, scientific research, precision equipment, high-precision medical equipment and other industries have a decisive influence. This paper mainly designs the electrical part of five-axis linkage machine tool. On the basis of the design experience of NC milling machine in the past, the structure of the machine tool part and the user's demand are understood in detail, and the 840D SL NC system is selected to select and connect the NC part of the machine tool. According to the technical agreement and the requirements of the electrical task, the whole circuit of the machine tool is planned, and various components of the machine tool are selected according to the requirements and electrical standards of the machine tool, and the technical capacity is sized and the electric cabinet is designed to be arranged. On 840D SL NC selection, this paper introduces the advantages of 840D SL in detail, analyzes the reason of motor selection and its application in numerical control, and introduces the software selection of NC system and the connection of self-made NC rocking milling head. After the machine is installed in place, the checking of the power, the configuration of the machine tool drive and the configuration of the shaft parameters are described in detail. Through the drive and PLC debugging of the machine tool after the power on, the machine tool can run normally and stably to verify the selection part and the electrical connection part of the machine tool. After ensuring the machine tool running normally and stably, the accuracy of the machine tool is compensated and the safety is checked to ensure the high precision and stability of the five-axis machine tool. Through the design and research of the electrical part of the 840D SL five-axis milling machine, the design and manufacture level of the NC machine tool in China has been greatly improved, and it has contributed a lot to the "made in China 2025" put forward by our country.
