氧化铝基陶瓷型芯的高温沸腾脱芯工艺研究

【摘要】:氧化铝基陶瓷型芯强度高,耐高温性能好,但脱出性较差,影响了型芯的广泛使用,有必要对其脱芯工艺进行研究。本试验以高温沸腾的KOH溶液为脱芯液,测得了质量浓度为60%和70%的KOH溶液在不同压力下的沸点;研究了脱芯液浓度和沸点温度对氧化铝基陶瓷型芯脱芯率的影响,得出优化试验参数为:脱芯液浓度70%,压力3.8 MPa,温度380℃或脱芯液浓度70%,压力4.2 MPa,温度390℃,并对优化试验参数进行工艺验证。
[Abstract]:Alumina based ceramic core has high strength and good high temperature resistance, but it has poor extractility, which affects the wide use of the core, so it is necessary to study the core stripping process.
