振动时效去除铝合金锻件残余应力效果的研究

【摘要】:7A04铝合金锻件经粗加工后,分别采用振动时效方式和热处理方式去除残余应力。采用X射线衍射检测了两种方式处理前后锻件的内部残余应力。结果表明:振动时效对残余应力去除率最高为89%,热处理对残余应力去除率为94%。在工艺参数和激振点位置合适的情况下,振动时效对锻件的残余应力去除的效果接近于热处理的效果。
[Abstract]:The residual stress of 7A04 aluminum alloy forgings was removed by vibration aging and heat treatment after rough machining. The internal residual stresses of forgings before and after treatment were measured by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the maximum removal rate of residual stress by vibration aging is 89 and the removal rate of residual stress by heat treatment is 94. The effect of vibration aging on the removal of residual stress of forgings is close to that of heat treatment when the process parameters and the position of excitation point are suitable.
