参数化宏程序在变斜角平面铣削加工中的应用研究

【摘要】:变斜角平面在复杂类零件中应用较广,通过运用数学知识对刀位点进行数值计算,利用参数化宏程序编写数控程序代码,能够使数控机床快速、准确的实现自动加工。现应用FANUC 0i mate-MC数控系统对此类零件进行参数化宏程序编制,该程序通过了VNUC数控仿真软件的验证,也在真实的三坐标联动数控铣床上成功地进行了首件试切。参数化宏程序用于变斜角平面铣削加工给编程人员带来了全新的挑战,为编程人员提高数控编程技能提供了良好的学习平台。
[Abstract]:Variable angle plane is widely used in complex parts. By using mathematical knowledge to calculate the cutter site and using parameterized macro program to program NC program, NC machine tools can be machined quickly and accurately. In this paper, the parameterized macro program of this kind of parts is compiled by using FANUC 0i mate-MC NC system. The program has been verified by VNUC numerical control simulation software, and the first trial-cutting has been successfully carried out on the real three-coordinate linkage NC milling machine. Parameterized macro program for variable angle plane milling brings a new challenge to programmers and provides a good learning platform for programmers to improve their NC programming skills.
