钛合金表面氟化物-磷酸盐转化膜的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:目的研究一种钛合金化学转化工艺,增强钛合金表面防护能力及其与涂层的结合能力。方法通过单因素实验确定TC1钛合金氟化物-磷酸盐转化工艺,采用SEM,EDS,XRD分析膜层的微观形貌及成分,同时测试转化膜的有关性能。结果在Na3PO440 g/L,Na F 15 g/L,酸度调节剂A 25 m L/L,p H控制在4.4~4.6之间,温度30℃条件下,可在TC1钛合金表面获得均匀一致的灰色转化膜。转化膜由许多细小的球状晶粒组成,主要相成分为Na3Ti OF5及Na2Ti F6。转化膜的摩擦系数仅为0.3~0.5,明显低于TC1基体。转化膜与TB06-9底漆的干性附着力为0级,浸泡48 h后的湿态附着力仍可达1级,远远好于TC1基体。结论氟化物-磷酸盐转化膜可以降低TC1钛合金的摩擦系数,提高其与有机涂层的附着力。
[Abstract]:Aim to study a chemical transformation process for titanium alloy to enhance its surface protection and its binding ability with coating. Methods the TC1 titanium alloy fluoride-phosphate conversion process was determined by single factor experiment. The microstructure and composition of the film were analyzed by SEM,EDS,XRD, and the properties of the conversion film were tested at the same time. Results under the condition of Na3PO440 g / L Na F 15 g / L, the acidity regulator A 25 mL / L p H was controlled in the range of 4 4 / 4 6 and the temperature was 30 鈩,
