全谱直读型直流电弧原子发射光谱法测定锆及锆合金中16种微量元素的含量

【摘要】:采用全谱直读型直流电弧原子发射光谱法同时测定锆及锆合金中的16种微量元素的含量。样品在1 000℃下灼烧4h后,与氯化银载体按4比1的质量比混合后,填充于鋂4mm×2mm的石墨电极中,以10 A的直流电弧激发,持续40s,采用电荷耦合器件检测器进行检测。16种元素的线性范围均为0.000 3%~0.030 0%,检出限(3s)均小于2.6mg·L~(-1)。各元素的加标回收率在86.7%~120%之间。
