基于Android平台的五轴数控加工仿真系统研究

【摘要】:随着3G乃至4G时代的到来,基于Windows平台的五轴数控加工仿真系统已不能满足移动办公理念,因此文章提出了基于Android平台操作系统的五轴数控加工仿真系统。利用UG绘制铣床三维模型同时导出STL文件,同样使用UG对工件进行建模并对其进行五轴数控加工仿真,运用UG提供的后处理构造器得到NC文件,借助JAVA编程语言对STL文件和NC文件进行读取并且显示铣床三维模型和刀路轨迹,导入基于Android平台创建的Open GL ES的窗口进行仿真;提出了一种改进的Z-map模型使其适用于五轴数控加工仿真同时能高效的实现切削仿真。实验结果表明该仿真系统可清晰反映出五轴数控加工仿真的过程,验证了其可行性,对于数控加工仿真与手机的结合具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of 3G and 4G era, the five-axis NC machining simulation system based on Windows platform can no longer meet the concept of mobile office. Therefore, a five-axis NC machining simulation system based on Android operating system is proposed in this paper. The 3D model of milling machine is drawn by UG and the STL file is exported at the same time. The workpiece is also modeled by UG and simulated by five-axis NC machining. The NC file is obtained by using the post-processing constructor provided by UG. With the help of JAVA programming language, the STL and NC files are read and the 3D model and cutter path of milling machine are displayed, and the window of Open GL ES created on Android platform is imported to simulate. An improved Z-map model is proposed to make it suitable for five axis NC machining simulation and to realize cutting simulation efficiently. The experimental results show that the simulation system can clearly reflect the process of five-axis NC machining simulation and verify its feasibility. It has a certain practical significance for the combination of NC machining simulation and mobile phone.
