取向硅钢脱碳退火氧化层的物相检测方法研究

【摘要】:将冷轧取向硅钢样品在不同退火条件下进行退火,并结合现有的检测手段(FTIR、GD-OES)和Raman光谱分别对最终生成的氧化层进行综合检测分析。研究结果表明,Raman光谱能快速准确地检测出氧化层成分,样品在低氧化性气氛条件(pH2O/pH2=0.288)下,于850℃退火3min后所生成的氧化层成分为SiO_2-FeSiO_3组织;并且随着反应气氛氧化性的提高(pH_2O/pH_2增加),氧化层中FeSiO_3的含量也随之增多。
