国产船用耐蚀钢焊条电弧焊接头组织和性能

【摘要】:采用中国自主研发耐蚀手工焊条C J507NS对国产船用耐蚀钢DH32分别进行横位置和立位置焊接,利用光学显微镜、万能应力试验机、维氏硬度计对两种位置焊接接头的组织和性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,国产耐蚀手工焊条与国产耐蚀DH32具有较好匹配性,横位置焊接头的抗拉强度达到516 MPa,-20℃平均冲击吸收能量值为235 J;立位置焊接头抗拉强度达到526 MPa,-20℃平均冲击吸收能量值达到103J。两种位置焊接接头的硬度均小于350 HV,经过168h内底板腐蚀试验接头表面都没有不连续台阶,经过98天上甲板腐蚀试验,焊缝与母材交界处无明显台阶,都满足现有船规和IMO标准要求。
[Abstract]:The domestic marine corrosion resistant steel DH32 was welded in transverse position and vertical position by using C J507NS, which was developed independently by China, and the optical microscope and universal stress testing machine were used. The microstructure and properties of welded joints in two positions were studied by Vickers hardness tester. The test results show that the domestic corrosion resistant manual electrode has a good match with the domestic corrosion resistant DH32.
