数控机床进给系统静动热特性分析知识库的设计与开发

【摘要】:随着信息化技术和网络化技术在全球范围内的迅猛发展,机床行业正在经历着革命性的变革,数字化设计技术是推进机床行业变革的动力,而知识库是数字化设计的关键技术之一。数控机床进给系统静动热特性分析知识库旨在从机床数字化设计角度出发,帮助设计分析人员更好更快的完成静动热特性分析。深入开展该领域的研究工作并取得突破性进展,对带动整个高档数控机床行业的产业升级以及推动我国制造业的发展和经济发展具有重要的意义。本文在分析国内外机床行业静动热特性分析知识管理现状及实地调研的基础上,进行了数控机床进给系统静动热特性分析知识库的总体设计,首先进行了系统的功能需求分析和性能需求分析,接着进行了系统的结构设计,包括系统的体系结构设计、功能结构设计和系统的数据流图分析,然后进行了系统实现所需要的关键技术研究,包括进给系统静动热特性分析知识构成及分类模型的研究、知识表示和知识获取方法研究和知识推理方法研究:在研究进给系统静动热特性分析知识特点的基础上,建立了静动热特性分析的知识分类模型;通过比较常用的知识表示方法和知识获取方法,并结合静动热特性分析知识分类模型,提出了适合本知识库系统的知识表示方法和知识获取方法;考虑到进给系统静动热特性分析知识的特点,本文采用的知识推理方法为基于实例推理和基于规则推理相结合的推理方法,在研究其推理算法过程的基础上,给出了实例推理和规则推理在本知识库系统中的实例研究应用情况。最后,在研究关键技术的基础上,结合系统的需求分析和结构设计,本文采用面向对象语言C#并结合SQL数据库技术,设计并开发了数控机床进给系统静动热特性分析知识库,并给出了系统的运行实例。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and network technology in the global scope, the machine tool industry is undergoing a revolutionary change, digital design technology is the driving force to promote the transformation of the machine tool industry. Knowledge base is one of the key technologies in digital design. Analysis of static and dynamic Thermal characteristics of CNC Machine tool feeding system the knowledge base aims at helping design analysts to complete the analysis of static and dynamic heat characteristics better and faster from the point of view of digital design of machine tools. It is of great significance to carry out the research work in this field and to make a breakthrough in promoting the upgrading of the industry of the whole high-grade CNC machine tool industry and the development of the manufacturing industry and the economic development of our country. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of knowledge management and field investigation of static and dynamic heat characteristics analysis in the machine tool industry at home and abroad, this paper has carried out the overall design of the knowledge base for static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis of NC machine tool feed system. Firstly, the function requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis of the system are carried out, and then the system structure design, including the system architecture design, the function structure design and the system data flow diagram analysis, are carried out. Then, the key technologies needed to realize the system are studied, including the research on the knowledge structure and classification model of the static and dynamic thermal characteristics analysis of the feed system. Research on knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition method and knowledge reasoning method: on the basis of studying the characteristics of static and dynamic heat characteristics analysis of feed system, a knowledge classification model of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis is established. By comparing the common knowledge representation methods and knowledge acquisition methods, and combining the static and dynamic thermal characteristics analysis knowledge classification model, the knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition methods suitable for this knowledge base system are put forward. Considering the characteristics of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis knowledge of feed system, the knowledge reasoning method used in this paper is the combination of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning, based on the research of its reasoning algorithm process. The case study and application of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning in this knowledge base system are presented. Finally, on the basis of the research of key technology, combined with the requirement analysis and structure design of the system, this paper designs and develops the knowledge base of static and dynamic heat characteristic analysis of NC machine tool feed system by using object-oriented language C # and SQL database technology. A running example of the system is given.
