高强钢板零件落料冲孔连续模具设计

【摘要】:汽车后拖钩支架零件的材料为高强钢板DP600,是汽车轻量化过程中用量较多的一种材料。通过分析其零件特征,制定了连续模落料冲孔折弯成形翻边整形冲孔的冲压工艺。针对其中的连续模落料冲孔工序,设计了复合排样,使其材料利用率达到71.56%;并在连续模具中设计两个工位分别对零件进行冲孔落料;计算冲裁力、设计模具刃口尺寸及模架结构;选择机械压力机STD-300为冲压设备;设计了冲孔落料连续模的卸料装置、浮料装置和支撑结构,以便落料件和废料分别从模具两侧排出。在模具制造中,对主要工作部件采用镶块结构,便于模具的调试。试验结果表明,使用该模具生产的零件尺寸精度符合图纸要求,生产节拍大于30次·min-1。
[Abstract]:High strength steel sheet DP600, is a material used in the process of automobile lightweight. By analyzing the characteristics of the parts, the punching technology of continuous die blanking punching forming flanging and shaping punching was established. According to the continuous die blanking and punching process, the compound layout is designed to make the material utilization ratio reach 71.56, and two stations are designed in the continuous die for punching and blanking parts respectively. Calculate blanking force, design die cutting edge dimension and die frame structure, select mechanical press STD-300 as stamping equipment; The unloading device, floatation device and supporting structure of the blanking continuous die are designed, so that the blanking parts and wastes can be discharged from both sides of the die respectively. In die manufacturing, the main working parts are built with block structure, which is convenient for die debugging. The experimental results show that the dimension accuracy of the parts produced by the mould meets the requirements of drawing, and the production beat is more than 30 times min-1..
