工作夹片的锻造工艺数值模拟分析

【摘要】:对20CrMnTi工作夹片零件进行结构分析,设计出工作夹片的闭塞锻造成形工艺方案和模具装配图。为验证设计工艺的可行性,减少试制周期和生产成本,采用有限元Deform-3D模拟软件建立工作夹片闭塞锻造变形的三维动态仿真模型,对工作夹片一个生产周期内锻造变形过程进行模拟仿真。模拟结果表明,设计出的闭塞锻造工艺方案可行,模具结构设计合理;锻造过程中凹模受力状况较凸模复杂,凸模1受力状况比凸模2复杂,模具设计时应优先考虑凹模。试制结果表明,模具材料选择3Cr2W8V钢,始锻温度为1200℃,终锻温度为900℃时,采用优化后的工艺方案,可以锻造出合格的工作夹片。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the structure of the 20CrMnTi working clip, and designs the block forging process scheme and the die assembly drawing of the work clip. In order to verify the feasibility of the design process and reduce the trial production cycle and production cost, the 3D dynamic simulation model of working clip block forging deformation was established by using finite element Deform-3D simulation software. The forging deformation process in a production cycle is simulated and simulated. The simulation results show that the designed closed forging process is feasible and the die structure design is reasonable, and the stress condition of the die is more complicated than that of the convex die, and the stress state of the punch 1 is more complex than that of the punch 2.
