回火温度对S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同回火温度对S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律。采用极化曲线测试、拉伸实验、硬度测试和示波冲击测试等手段研究了S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头的耐蚀性、强度、硬度、韧性,并利用金相显微镜对焊接接头的微观组织进行了观察。结果表明:回火温度对S135钻杆摩擦焊焊接接头组织和性能有较大的影响,随着回火温度的升高,强度、硬度降低,塑性和韧性增加。耐蚀性随回火温度的升高先增后减,在550℃达到最佳。本试验条件下的最佳回火温度为550℃。
[Abstract]:The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe was studied. The corrosion resistance, strength, hardness and toughness of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe were studied by means of polarization curve test, tensile test, hardness test and oscillographic impact test. The microstructure of welded joints was observed by metallographic microscope. The results show that tempering temperature has a great influence on the microstructure and properties of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe. With the increase of tempering temperature, the strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness increase. With the increase of tempering temperature, the corrosion resistance increased first and then decreased, and reached the best at 550 鈩,
