热处理温度对TC18钛合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:采用正交回归设计试验方法,研究了高温阶段、低温阶段热处理温度对TC18钛合金性能和组织的影响,建立了强度和伸长率回归方程。结果表明:高温阶段随温度的升高,初生α相大小和形状发生了改变,形状由等轴组织逐渐变为针状组织和短杆状组织,当温度达到860℃时,产生了魏氏组织;低温阶段随温度的升高,由亚稳定相β分解的次生αs弥散度增高,强度有所降低,而伸长率相应增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of heat treatment temperature on the properties and microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy at high and low temperatures were studied by orthogonal regression design. The regression equations of strength and elongation were established. The results show that the size and shape of the primary 伪 phase change with the increase of temperature at high temperature, and the shape changes from equiaxed structure to acicular structure and short rod structure.
