架空输电线路金具柔性耐磨重防腐蚀涂层的性能

【摘要】:为了提高架空输电线路金具在大气环境尤其是工业污染区的耐腐蚀性能,提出了柔性耐磨重防腐蚀涂层,以有机硅、无机硅、纳米分散液、有机-无机杂化聚合物为主要成膜物质,在镀锌钢板表面制备了4种柔性耐磨重防腐蚀涂层并对其进行不同温度固化。按相关国家标准测试了涂层的弯折、铅笔硬度、附着力、耐盐雾性、耐酸碱性能;采用户外腐蚀试验检验涂层性能。结果表明:4种柔性耐磨重防腐蚀涂层均具有较好的耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐碱、耐高温等性能,其中有机-无机杂化聚合物为成膜聚合物的涂层性能最优,最佳固化温度为180℃,该涂层不仅具有耐重工业污染区严酷腐性的优良性能,同时具有较好的耐磨性能;此技术费用低廉,具备推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of overhead transmission line hardware in the atmospheric environment, especially in the industrial polluted area, a flexible wear-resistant heavy corrosion resistant coating was proposed, using organosilicon, inorganic silicon and nano-dispersion. Four kinds of flexible wear-resistant and heavy-corrosion resistant coatings were prepared on the galvanized steel sheet with organic-inorganic hybrid polymer as the main film-forming material and cured at different temperatures. The bending, pencil hardness, adhesion, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance of the coating were tested according to the relevant national standards. The performance of the coating was tested by outdoor corrosion test. The results showed that the four kinds of flexible wear-resistant and heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings had better corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and so on.
