ADI900材料的低温性能研究

【摘要】:以ADI900材料为研究对象,研究其在低温条件下的力学性能和断口形貌特征。结果表明:随着温度的降低,材料的力学性能变化很大。在-60℃时,相对于常温条件抗拉强度提高了19.8%,伸长率下降33.0%,冲击韧度下降超过了70%,降为31 J/cm2,硬度提高了18.4%。实验结果为研究ADI在低温条件下的使用性能提供了数据参考,有利于ADI的推广应用。
